Briana was born and raised in Southern California. She lived most of her life as a “valley girl” in the San Fernando Valley area until moving to the quieter side of Ventura County in 2010. For about 20 years, Briana has been working the entertainment industry as an executive assistant. She is a mother to 2 rambunctious English bulldogs, Pearl and Big Bertha, and 2 crazy cats, Gaborik and Dolli. On the weekend, you can find Briana shopping at a local vintage store adding to her collections of dresses and petticoats, or hanging with her girls at any local Halloween event.
Why does Briana love the horror genre so much? Well, it all started when her mom took her to see her first horror movie “The Shining.” And the rest is history. From there, Briana started reading every Stephen King book she could get her hands on. And then moving on to R.L. Stine and Anne Rice. When her nose isn’t in a book, you can find her at the movie theater seeing the latest spooky movie, laughing at everyone jumping at the scary parts. She started to find her love of Alfred Hitchcock, George Romero, John Carpenter, and Wes Craven, And because she loves horror movies so much, she earned her degree in Digital Cinema and Marketing in 2006

For as long as she can recall, Sara has always been a bit of a kook. She was born and raised in a moderately sized suburb of Los Angeles on the edge of the Mojave Desert, where most of her family still lives.
As a child, Sara developed an unhealthy love of horror as a child growing up on R. L. Stine books and shows such as "Are You Afraid of the Dark," "Eerie Indiana," and "Goosebumps." No one in her family lives very long, with most of her relatives passing before the age of 70, so death has always seemed like an old familiar friend, and not something to fear.
As she aged her love of oddities and all things macabre grew, which inspired her to pursue an undergraduate degree in biology. She's an avid reader, with her favorite authors being Neil Gaiman, Anne Rice, and Stephen King.
These days, Sara works in Marketing for an audio company, having spent the last 15 years working in the music industry. When she isn't recording the podcast or working, Sara plays bass in a tiki cover band, cross stitches, rides her unicycle, plays roller derby, and spends time with her husband of 11 years and their pets (Peanut the dog and kitty cats named Sammy, Hank, Mollie, and Felix).
